Higher Education in Context

The International Briefing acts as way to both inform the UPCEA membership about important arenas of international education as well as to serve as a primer for a smaller group of members who travel to select locations based on member demand and participant interest. The 2015 UPCEA International Briefing, hosted as a post-conference to the 2015 UPCEA 100th Annual Conference, will focus on programming opportunities between U.S. institutions and entities in Southeast Asia.
