UPCEA’s 2021 Regions Week conference is being held October 18 - 21, 2021.

Corporate Non-Member, not exhibiting	$700

Registration & Fees
Registration closes on Oct. 13, 2021. No registrations will be accepted after Wednesday October 13, 2021.

Your registration will not be complete until you have both completed the registration form and paid. To attend the UPCEA 2021 Regions Week and take advantage of the free member registration rate, you must fill out the online registration form and make sure your organizational membership is renewed by June 30, 2021 for the July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022 membership year.

Refunds

All registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing.
Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received by August 24, 2021. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received between August 25 – September 21, 2021. No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations after September 21, 2021. (Members excluded)

Please submit all requests to Jacqueline Romero at jromero@upcea.edu . Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute from the same organization. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Conference Privacy Policy
Attendees of the UPCEA 2021 Regions Week virtual conference grant UPCEA a non-exclusive worldwide right to reproduce, distribute, any part or all of the webinar presentation, including any written or audio/visual material submitted in connection with the presentation, in whole or in part, in any media, including any audio or video recording of the presentation. You hereby consent to UPCEA’s use of any name, photograph, image, presentation, or portions quoted or derived from the presentations. You also understand that the event in its entirety and/or portions thereof may be published via podcasts, webinars, and other printed or electronic media and by registering and agreeing to terms and conditions, you are consenting to all such derivative uses. Affiliated Events Policy
Corporate member and nonmember attendees are prohibited from holding any meetings (briefings, seminars, etc.) targeting professional, continuing, and online leaders in higher education who they know will be attending the UPCEA event, and utilizing our name and likeness to do so, unless otherwise negotiated and scheduled with and by UPCEA.

UPCEA reserves the right to prohibit corporate member and nonmember attendees who violate this policy from exhibiting or participating at UPCEA events.
