What’s working at your institution—and what have you learned along the way? Share your story, spark new ideas, and help shape the future of online and digital learning.
Online and digital learning are central to how institutions serve learners, support faculty, and deliver programs at scale. UPCEA members are leading the administration, coordination, and continuous improvement efforts that sustain successful online and hybrid learning environments. This track invites presenters to share practical approaches, strategies, and lessons learned from that work.
As online and hybrid offerings continue to expand, institutions face growing operational demands: shifting learner expectations, evolving priorities, technology adoption, systems integration, AI-enabled workflows, regulatory complexity, staffing constraints, and increasing pressure for efficiency and scalability. This track highlights practical approaches institutions are using to navigate these challenges.
Sessions should emphasize practical models, operational solutions, implementation strategies, and lessons learned that can help institutions strengthen the administration of online learning.
Presentations involving collaborations across departments, institutions, systems, or external partners are encouraged, as are sessions applicable across diverse institutional contexts, including credit, non-credit, workforce, and new credential environments.
