UPCEA’s 2020 New England Region Conference is being held October 21-23, 2020! Registration for the 2020 New England Region Conference will close on Wednesday, October 14 to ensure all participants have access to the virtual event platform.

Thank you for your interest in UPCEA's 2020 New England Region Conference. The registration form is now closed so that UPCEA staff may ensure all conference participants have access to the virtual event platform. All conference sessions are being recorded, and session recordings and materials will be uploaded to UPCEA's member community, CORe, after all of this year's regional conferences have concluded. Registration & Fees
Your registration will not be complete until you have both completed the registration form and paid. To attend the 2020 UPCEA New England Region Conference and take advantage of the free member registration rate, you must fill out the online registration form by Thursday, October 15, 2020 and make sure your organizational membership is renewed by June 30, 2020 for the July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021 membership year. 


Refunds
All registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing.  Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received by August 27, 2020.  A refund of the conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received between August 27 – September 23, 2020.  No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations after September 23, 2020. Please submit all requests to Jacqueline Romero at jromero@upcea.edu. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute from the same organization. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.


Conference Privacy Policy
Attendees of the 2020 New England Region Conference virtual event grant UPCEA a non-exclusive worldwide right to reproduce, distribute, any part or all of the webinar presentation, including any written or audio/visual material submitted in connection with the presentation, in whole or in part, in any media, including any audio or video recording of the presentation. You hereby consent to UPCEA’s use of any name, photograph, image, presentation, or portions quoted or derived from the presentations. You also understand that the event in its entirety and/or portions thereof may be published via podcasts, webinars, and other printed or electronic media and by registering and agreeing to terms and conditions, you are consenting to all such derivative uses. Affiliated Events Policy
Corporate member and nonmember attendees are prohibited from holding any meetings (briefings, seminars, etc.) targeting professional, continuing, and online leaders in higher education who they know will be attending the UPCEA event, and utilizing our name and likeness to do so, unless otherwise negotiated and scheduled with and by UPCEA.

UPCEA reserves the right to prohibit corporate member and nonmember attendees who violate this policy from exhibiting or participating at UPCEA events.
