Registration & Fees
Your registration will not be complete until you have both completed the registration form and paid. To attend the 25th Annual Marketing and Enrollment Management Seminar and take advantage of the Early Registration Fee, you must fill out the online registration form and pay the registration fee by September 27, 2016.  The Regular Registration Fee will apply beginning September 28, 2016. The Regular Registration Fee will be in effect from September 28 until October 11, 2016.  To attend the 25th Annual Marketing and Enrollment Management Seminar and take advantage of the Regular Registration Fee, you must fill out the online registration form and pay the registration fee by October 11, 2016. The Late Registration Fee will apply starting October 12, 2016. Payment for the full amount of the Late Registration Fee must be made by the first day of the Conference which is November 8, 2016 

Refunds
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing.  Full refunds will be granted in writing and must be submitted by October 11, 2016. A $75 administrative processing fee will be applied to all cancellations received in writing October 12 - 25, 2016. No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations received after October 25, 2016. Please submit all requests to Joe Fedak at jfedak@upcea.edu. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
 
Conference Photo Policy
Registrants of the 2016 Marketing and Enrollment Management Seminar agree to allow UPCEA and its official photographer to photograph them in the context of the conference. Footage captured by the official photographer may be used in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials.
