*Qualifying groups must have a minimum of 4 individuals to receive the discount. The discount will apply to subsequent registrants.  Please call the UPCEA Washington Office at 202-659-3130 to receive a promotional code. 

Registration & Fees
Your registration will not be complete until you have both completed the registration form and paid. To attend the 2017 UPCEA Central Region Conference and take advantage of the Early Registration Fee, you must fill out the online registration form and pay the registration fee by September 6, 2017. The Regular Registration Fee will apply beginning September 7, 2017 and ending October 4, 2017. To attend the 2017 UPCEA South Region Conference and take advantage of the Regular Registration Fee, you must fill out the online registration form and pay the registration fee by October 4, 2017. The Late Registration Fee will apply beginning October 5, 2017. Payment for the full amount of the Late Registration Fee must be made by October 17, 2017.  The On Site Registration Fee will apply as of the first day of the conference (October 18, 2017). 

Refunds
All registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing.  Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received by September 6, 2017.  A refund of the conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received between September 7 – October 4, 2017.  No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations after October 4, 2017. Please submit all requests to Joe Fedak at jfedak@upcea.edu. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute from the same organization. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Conference Photo Policy
Registrants of the 2017 UPCEA Central Region Conference agree to allow UPCEA and its official photographer to photograph them in the context of the conference. Footage captured by the official photographer may be used in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials.
