Hotel + Travel Information

The 2024 UPCEA Annual Conference is being held March 26-28, 2024 at the Westin Boston Seaport District in Boston, MA. Guests wishing to stay pre/post conference for leisure are welcome but rates and dates are based on hotel availability.

The UPCEA block at the conference hotel and overflow hotels is near/at capacity. Please note: Although the UPCEA blocks at the Overflow Hotels may be full, rooms are still available outside of the UPCEA blocks at the Element Boston Seaport District, Aloft Boston Seaport District, and Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport. We encourage you to book directly with the hotel, Google Travel, or the travel site of your choice if needed.

Parking: $44 self-parking; $54 valet parking
UPCEA attendees get a 20% discount on parking. For anyone staying at the hotel, it will be noted in their reservation.  Daily commuters can get a voucher at registration.

Overflow Hotels:

Your support in staying at the UPCEA contracted hotel helps keep the conference costs down, which directly affects your registration fees. UPCEA contracts for the best possible room rates for its events and is required to guarantee a predetermined number of sleeping rooms. If the association does not meet the contracted room block, the hotel can charge an attrition fee, which will result in higher registration fees at future conferences. Therefore, we encourage you to book your room through our block at the conference hotel.

All reservations made after the blocks are filled and/or after the deadline will be available at the hotel’s prevailing rate and availability is not guaranteed.
