Don't forget to submit your proposal for the 2012 Seminar on the Management of Online Programs, being held November 6–8, 2012, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Sessions covering the following topics are requested by June 29, 2012:

Strategic growth, sustainability, and building for scale
E–marketing of online programs
Student authentication
Proprietary institution innovations
Online programs and economic development
Certificates, badges, and workforce development
Credit/degree by testing/assessment
Student services for online students
Innovations in blended learning
E–learning partnerships (inter–organizational, corporate, etc.)
Innovation in program/course design
Assessment/outcomes
National state of affairs in online learning for K–12 education

Addressing Online Programs for the Adult Market
This new Seminar will focus on the key strategic issues in this rapidly evolving sector of higher education: new and emerging markets, online degree and certificate programs that expand access and meet workforce needs, the use of data analytics, assessing student online learning outcomes, and building for scale.

Intended Audience
Deans and directors of professional and continuing education
Leaders of online learning units
Online program chairs or managers
Marketing and student service managers

Notifications
You will be notified by August 10, 2012, if your proposal has or has not been accepted.

Accepted Proposals
Each presenter must be prepared to register and pay the early-bird member registration fee. Presenters are expected to be current members of UPCEA, either corporate or institutional. Corporate members are expected to propose sessions in conjunction with an institutional member. Information about UPCEA membership can be found here. Presenters are expected to sign a speaker agreement form, permitting UPCEA to record the session and disseminate the presentation to others.

Session Technology
UPCEA will provide an LCD projector, screen, and appropriate microphone set up.
