Exciting news: All five of our 2020 UPCEA Regional Conferences this fall will now be fully virtual AND are now free of charge to our members! Choose one or all five regions in this new conference experience—Virtually Together: 2020 UPCEA Regional Conference Series. All are open and complimentary for members this year. Gather your team and join us!
Though we won’t be together in person, you’ll have opportunities to engage in peer-led sessions, hear from a terrific line-up of keynote speakers, recognize and connect with award recipients, and network with peers. You will also have plenty of opportunities to connect with companies providing the services and solutions you need.
Conference dates will stay the same; times will shift slightly as we prepare for this new conference experience. Our complimentary Regional Conferences are available exclusively to UPCEA members that renew for 2020-21.Dear UPCEA Mid Atlantic Friends and Colleagues,
As I write to you, I know you are all immersed in determining your institution’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Although this crisis is the greatest one we have faced collectively in continuing, professional, and online education in our lifetimes, we are better equipped than many colleagues from other parts of higher education to face it, given the importance of three key competencies at the core of our work: Agility, Boldness, and Collaboration.
To support and advance our mission, I am honored to invite you to Virtually Together: 2020 UPCEA Mid Atlantic Regional Conference, scheduled for October 5-7, 2020: The ABCs of Professional, Continuing and Online Education: Agility, Boldness, and Collaboration. In this conference, we will share our experiences, lessons learned from failures as well as from successes, and academic and administrative models as we strive to develop, implement, launch, and re-envision programs that will meet the needs and challenges of our society.
I look forward to seeing you October 5-7, 2020 as we explore the ABCs of Professional, Continuing, and Online Education together.
With all best wishes,
Kristine Rabberman
