Tours

  • William Paca House and Garden – The historic home of William Paca, one of Maryland’s signers of the Declaration of Independence and former governor, attracts an abundance of people. The house as well as the garden have been delicately restored, it is open to the public and group tours can also be scheduled. (Recommend short uber/taxi ride)
  • The Armel-Leftwich Visitor Center – Take a tour of the United States Naval Academy of Annapolis. Throughout the tour, visitors will be able to see where officers are trained as well as the historical architecture within the academy. (Not walking distance, short uber/taxi ride)
  • Discover Annapolis Tours – Tour the beautiful capital of Maryland aboard a trolley! (Walking distance from hotel, can take a short uber/taxi ride)

Attractions

  • United States Naval Academy - As the undergraduate college of our country’s naval service, the Naval Academy prepares young men and women to become professional officers of competence, character, and compassion in the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. Naval Academy students are midshipmen on active duty in the U.S. Navy.
  • Annapolis Maritime Museum – Located on the waterfront, this museum is highly interactive and allows visitors to learn about the history and ecology of the Chesapeake Bay. (Not walking distance, take uber/taxi ride)
  • Rams Head On Stage – This well-known night venue holds live performances from an abundance of talented musicians from all over the nation. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time. (Walking distance from hotel)
