Refunds
All registration cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing.  A full refund will be given for requests received up to and including September 8. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for requests received between September 9 and September 21.  No refunds will be given for requests received after September 21.  Please submit all requests to Kathy Goodarzi at kgoodarzi@upcea.edu. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Consent to Use Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, UPCEA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by UPCEA.
