Pre Conference Leadership Academy
If you wish to register for the pre-conference Leadership Academy, please visit this page to register. Registration for the pre-conference is separate from full conference registration. 

Registration & Fees

Your registration will not be complete until you have both completed the registration form and paid. To attend the 2016 Central Region Conference and take advantage of the Early Registration Fee, you must fill out the online registration form and pay the registration fee by September 19, 2016. The Regular Registration Fee will be in effect starting on September 20, 2016.

Refunds
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing.  Full refunds will be granted in writing and must be submitted by September 20, 2016. A $75 administrative processing fee will be applied to all cancellations received in writing September 21 – October 2, 2016. No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations received after October 3, 2016. Please submit all requests to Joe Fedak jfedak@upcea.edu. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
 
Conference Photo Policy
Registrants of the 2016 Central Region Conference agree to allow UPCEA and its official photographer to photograph them in the context of the conference. Footage captured by the official photographer may be used in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials.
