UPCEA’s Annual Conference is the most significant assembly of thought leaders and practitioners today in the field of professional, continuing and online education. In 2016, UPCEA hosted the 101st Annual Conference in San Diego, focusing on building opportunity for contemporary learners. The annual conference features specific tracks aligned with UPCEA’s seven professional Networks, in addition to engaging keynote speakers and high-energy concurrent sessions.

Registering for a booth only reserves a spot on the exhibit floor. Booth space requests will only be assigned once payment is received in full to UPCEA. The following exhibitor rules and regulations supplement the Online Registration to Contract for Exhibit Space at the Conference. By completing the above Online Registration to Contract for Exhibit Space, the exhibitor agrees to be bound by and adhere to the following terms, rules and regulations and all amendments thereto and decisions of UPCEA and the host hotel.

Cancellation of Booth Space:
All requests to cancel a booth space must be made in writing to Kimberly Zaski at kzaski@upcea.edu. If an exhibitor places a cancellation, the following shall apply:

  • A full refund will be granted where notice of cancellation is received by UPCEA 60 days prior to the first day of the event
  • A 50 percent refund will be granted where notice of cancellation is received by UPCEA 59-30 days prior to the first day of the event
  • No refund will be granted for cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the first day of the event. Once the tabletop space is canceled, UPCEA reserves the right to resell the space.
