You and your team are invited to participate in the next phase of the UPCEA Hallmarks of Excellence in Online Leadership initiative at the 2016 Summit for Online Leadership.  A Peer Expert Team from across the United States has been assembled to develop a formative assessment for each of the seven Hallmarks of Excellence.  This tool is designed as a self-assessment for institutions to utilize the framework of the Hallmarks of Excellence in Online Learning to frame their strategies in online learning.  Post-conference participants will develop a deeper understanding of continuous improvement through the Hallmarks of Excellence in Online Learning from both strategic and operational leadership perspectives.

A strong panel of leaders in online learning will frame the Hallmark approach to online leadership excellence and continuous improvement for institutions in the current competitive market.  A team-based approach will consider each Hallmark of Excellence.  Strong networking will occur through out this hands-on workshop.  Participants will take away a nascent strategic action plan to work toward achieving excellence in online learning through out their institution. Lead facilitators will be joined by a team of Peer Experts from across the nation.

We welcome your team as you consider how the Hallmarks of Excellence in Online Leadership may effectively be used in your institutional strategic planning and operational practices.  This hands-on, active learning post conference event will be limited in size, so early registration is suggested.
